When Practice Feels Boring
Make What Feels Dull Becomes Alive Again
There's something deeply important to notice about your morning exercises and practices: something that may sound small but carries great power.
Have you ever begun your morning routine of stretching, doing practices, and breathing. Only to hear a quiet voice inside say, "This is boring. Do I really have to do this again? I'd rather just lay down and relax."
You can, you know. You're perfectly free to do that. But it helps to notice that it's simply the part of your brain that wants comfort. It doesn't yet understand how important your practices are.
